This exceptional V.I.P. high-end luxurious 2 b/r apartment, with area of 165 m2, is situated on the top floor of one-of-a-kind building on the 'belly button' of Sunny Beach - one of the real landmarks of the whole resort - KAYA Residence, opened in 2005. The building is situated on the corner of Sunny Beach Promenade and Beach Lane and suddenly became to be the most sought-after place to stay all over the Sunny Beach.
 
When you enter the apartment you see the living room, fit up with designer's furniture and modern audio/video equipment with 32" flat plasma TV.
 
Next to the living room is a nice dining room with designer's table and chairs and small neat kitchen fully equipped with all comforts � fridge, two dish-washers (6 and 12 sets), PC-controlled oven and ceramic hot-plates, absorber, coffee and tea maker.
 
The apartment offers two bedrooms furnished with custom-designed double beds and wardrobes. Both bedrooms have amazing and breathtaking views to the see. The master bedroom has an en-suit bathroom with tube. There is another bathroom available too. The terrace is large and goes around the whole apartment, revealing wonderful views to the see. In one part of it the swimming pool (6,000 l) is situated.
 
For the lovers of wine there are two specialized wine coolers (enotheques) - one for the white wine and one for the red wine. It can hold about 110 bottles of wine-bottles.
 
In the same building (KAYA Residence) there are offices, shops and supermarket.
